Corporate Office Renovations for
Major Banking Institution

Project Description

Our work at 525 William Penn Place began as renovating an old 1,400 sq. ft. training room on one floor, which required removing an old restroom, making layout modifications, and installing new, state of the art AV equipment along with new acoustical ceilings, flooring, and paint.

From there, we were contracted to completely remodel an entire floor amounting to 16,278 sq. ft of work area. This project included demoing and hauling out all old office furniture and cubicles; complete overhaul and upgrade to the HVAC system and installation of all new diffusers; extensive electrical work and upgrades; the construction of several new offices and conference rooms; all new kitchen casework, counter, and tile work; and new flooring and paint. This floor also contained a training room that we modified and upgrading like our first project. We also prepped and coordinated new furniture installation with the bank’s furniture vendor.

We then completed an additional floor in the building. The work area there was 18,116. Unlike our first entire floor project, this one focused mostly on demo and haul out of the existing office furniture and installing new flooring and paint. We also modified and upgraded two training rooms with new AV equipment and a 3,000 sq. ft. conference room.
