Many Raimondo Construction projects are done on a design build basis. Because of our many years of experience, we are able to work with an architect to value engineer a project for our partners from its very inception. Our value engineering capabilities draw on our decades of experience on projects of all sizes within a myriad of different industries.
From a financial standpoint, we provide our partners with an open book through the pricing stage to the completion of the project by giving them complete disclosure regarding project costs. Scopes of work are developed so that bids can be solicited from quality subcontractors, which is then followed by submitting these proposals to our partners for review. This information often provides direction on which additions, subtractions, or modifications are needed to the scope of work to ensure the project accomplishes its goals and comes in on budget. Through these full cost disclosures, our partners are not only more comfortable with the project, but it also helps us to avoid costly change orders at the end.
